Cloud 9 is a student project I completed at the University of Illinois. This was an interpretation of a prompt to create a "storage system." During the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt that what I really needed was a better place to store myself and the work I had to do throughout the day as a student. Cloud 9 is a modular desk system that aims to allow its user to create whatever space they need to work effectively and happily. This system combines clamping hardware for both the legs and back wall, and storage accessories to hang from the slats on the back wall. With the ability to shape the workspace to each user's needs, I think that a comfortable and exciting work environment is a lot easier to achieve than traditional workspaces.
